Jeff Curran's Williamsburg Training Camp

Presented by Big Frog Nation

Join 5th-degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belts Jeff Curran and Mike Diaz for a two-day training camp in historic Williamsburg, Virginia.

With over 65 years of experience between the two, as Pedro Sauer teammates and best close friends for over 30 years, the synergy on the mat is top level and always a treat to the students. Designed for practitioners of all levels, this camp combines quality instruction, technical development, and live training with the friendships and experiences that make Jiu-Jitsu special.

Event Classification

BIG FROG NATION | CATEGORY 3: TRAINING CAMP

A multi-session Jiu-Jitsu experience designed to bring practitioners together for focused instruction, hands-on training, and time on the mats. Training Camps offer more depth than a traditional seminar while maintaining a welcoming, community-driven atmosphere.

Event Profile

• Skill Level: All Levels
• Focus: Lifestyle
• Vibe: Relaxed & Social

This particular camp emphasizes technical development, friendships, and the Jiu-Jitsu lifestyle rather than competition preparation. Expect quality training, plenty of mat time, and opportunities to connect both on and off the mats.

More Than Just Training

As a lifestyle-focused Big Frog Nation event, this weekend is about more than learning techniques. It's an opportunity to step outside your everyday routine, connect with fellow practitioners, and enjoy the camaraderie that comes from sharing the mats.

Along with our training sessions, we'll be getting together for a Friday night group dinner and a Saturday evening potluck and UFC watch party. In addition, weather depending, we may grab some lunch across the street at Virginia Beer Co. and hit the food truck for lunch.
