Big Frog's BJJ Retreat maintains a strict no-tolerance spam policy. We do not send unsolicited commercial emails. You will only receive email communications from us if you have filled out an opt-in form or webform on our website expressing an interest in receiving information from us.

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. If you wish to stop receiving communications, you may use that link at any time and your request will be honored promptly.

Membership Terms

All Access Membership

All Access membership consists of a one-time registration fee plus a recurring monthly membership fee at the rate shown at sign-up, billed automatically each month until cancelled. An annual prepay option is also available at a ten percent (10%) discount applied to twelve (12) months of membership dues (the registration fee is unchanged), billed once per year until cancelled; payment of the annual plan satisfies the six-month minimum in full. The registration fee covers your member welcome kit (rashguard, BF Nation T-shirt, and patch).

Six-month minimum. All Access membership carries a six (6) month minimum commitment, measured from your first monthly payment. By completing sign-up and payment, you accept this minimum term.

Cancellation. After your sixth monthly payment, you may cancel at any time from your account page (Account Settings → Membership & Billing); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further payments are charged. Before the minimum term is complete, cancellation is not available through the site — contact us at info@bigfrogbjj.com with any questions or circumstances you'd like us to consider.

Founding 100 rate lock. Founding members keep their founding monthly rate for as long as their membership remains continuously active.

Membership benefits (including event pricing, partner-academy privileges, and member content) apply while the membership is active and in good standing.

Ambassador Memberships

Partner-academy ambassador memberships are billed monthly at the rate shown at activation and follow the same cancellation process as All Access. Flagship-academy ambassador benefits are granted at Big Frog Nation's discretion.

Event Registrations

Event registrations are per-event, and pricing (including early-bird windows, member pricing, and add-ons) is shown at checkout. Any event-specific policies appear on the event page. For registration changes, transfers, or cancellation requests, contact info@bigfrogbjj.com.
