About the Academy
Park City Jiu Jitsu delivers world-class training in a culture rooted in old school values — discipline, respect, and camaraderie. Founded in 2010 and affiliated with the Pedro Sauer Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Association, the academy teaches practical self-defense blending standing and ground techniques rooted in leverage and control.
Head instructor Mike Diaz (4th Degree Black Belt) leads the team alongside Nick Howlet (2nd Degree) and Anthony Pagano (1st Degree), with adult and kids programs plus private lessons across two locations — Park City and Lehi, Utah. Free trial classes for new local students.
